Card Access Requests

Access cards use are the dual-technology ISU Cards issued by the ISU Card office. Employees with ISU cards issued prior to May 25, 2009 or persons requiring temporary access will be issued a white access card.

To request card access:

Contact your department coordinator.

If your card is not working:

First, wait 60 seconds for the card reader to reset itself and try again. If you still do not have access, then contact your department coordinator to get your card configured with the proper access.

Lost or Stolen Access Card

If your ISU card was lost or stolen:

Deactivate your card immediately by logging into AccessPlus or calling Building Security Services at (515) 294-4211.

If your white card was lost or stolen:

Call Building Security Services at (515) 294-4211.
