Design and replace heating water system.
Brian is familiar with this issue. Been on going issue since construction of building. Because of flow issues reheat and radiaition pumps were combined. The heat exchangers were piped wrong and are eating away and need replaced.
The issues with this system and its unrealability have caused numerous maint. issues and cost.
This has been ongoing far to long and should be corrected ASAP.
