AHU's were never able to stay on line in cold weather since building built. Maintenance staff had to unhook face and by pass dampers to keep units running. Per Brian Dangelser Johnson programmed them to be for conventional face and bypass not intergal and even if programed right will not work because project did not install termostatic vents on steam coils and once this is corrected valves need to be evaluated for proper sizing.Issue to correct problems.
