We are getting numerous complaints on noise coming from the steam piping/fintube radiation in the area that was recently upgraded. We are also getting complaints on several rooms that are not warm enough.The department is putting pressure on us to get this resolved because this is the second heating season they have been living with the problem. The volume of service calls and the number of hours spent on these complaints are substantial. The shops have done everything that we can to solve these problems. We are requesting engineering support to get this figured out.

Location: INSECTARY AND GREENHOUSE FLOOR B THE AREA EFFECTED BY THE RECENT HEATING SYSTEM UPGRADE.
