Details The north side of the building is cold in the winter. There are windows along the whole north side of the building. Room 1118 is especially cold with windows on the north & east side.

Location: NEED TO SOLVE DRAFT AND POOR HEATING ALONG THE NORTH WALL OF ENTIRE BUILDING.
