Maintenance Support Services
Maintenance Support Services assists the campus and other services within FP&M by receiving incoming requests and inquiries for maintenance services and providing technical and statistical support including electrical/mechanical and mobile/vehicle planned maintenance programs. Additional responsibilities include administering outside contracts for operational and safety inspections and follow-up repair records for elevators, autoclaves, and other similar equipment. They also oversee in-house inspection records and schedules for the fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems.
