Service Center

Service Center staff

The Service Center is responsible for processing all requests for services on campus and university owned properties—including, but not limited to, all university academic and classroom facilities, university grounds, and area research farms as needed. Support is provided on a day-to-day basis to the building, grounds, custodial and utility maintenance service teams.   Requests are processed on an "as needed" basis and can either be submitted by our online form, or by telephone (294-5100).

Types of requests processed

  • Maintenance and repair of buildings
  • Maintenance and repair of campus grounds
  • Maintenance and repair of other university owned properties

How to Request Service

  • Online Service Request form. Use this method for non-emergency services such as a light bulb is out, door makes noise when closing, faucet is dripping.

    • During business hours (Mon-Fri 7:30-4:00) for all service requests
    • After hours - emergencies only
  • If you are unsure on which submission method to use — please call.

After Hours Emergencies

  • Call 911 for medical or fire emergencies
  • Call 4-5100 for response to emergency building/grounds problems (not requiring fire/medical/police assistance).
