I’d like to request a quote for replacing the flooring and vinyl wall base throughout the Forker 109 lab space. Similar tile flooring is preferred. I’d like to request a quote from the lighting maintenance team on replacing/updating lighting in Forker 109. I’d like to replace the current fluorescent bulbs with LED bulbs (and compatible ballasts).

We would like a quote for the following: 1) Painting select walls in the 140 & 140A/B lab spaces. There are four sections of wall that have tile/brick. We’d like options for painting these sections. See attached pictures. 2) Removing the wall that separates rooms 140A and 140B—combining the two rooms into one. 3) Removing carpet in 140A & 140B are replacing with a low-cost hard surface flooring material—preferably similar to the hard surface flooring in the rest of the 140 space. This quote is needed for a projected project this semester. We are aiming to have this quote completed by 2nd week in September. Thank you for your timely assistance!

Researchers in Forker 140 would like to purchase a set of office cubicles that have a built in power and data connections (see attachment). However, there is no power supply near where the cubicles will be located. I'd like options to bring power to this wall. Specs on the cubicles are attached.

141 Tub Removal: I’d like to request a quote for removing a tub/water tank from Forker 141 and replacing the tub with a floor. The tub/water tank is roughly 6 feet deep and sits roughly two feet above floor level. The eventual purpose for the room will be a “dark room” for light sensitive research activities.

Cabinet repairs or replacement, replace flooring and update lighting. 142 Cabinets: I’d like to request a quote for the following repairs: 1.) Replace all base cabinet doors and drawers throughout Forker 142. Many are water-damaged and non-functional. OR replacing the entire cabinets pieces. 2.) Replace the wooden sliding-doors on the upper cabinets with tempered glass sliding-doors. 142 Floors: I’d like to request a quote for replacing the flooring and vinyl wall base throughout the Forker 142 lab space.
