Request use of indefinite quantity consultant to determine requirements and associated estimated costs to provide electrical charging infrastructure for future FPM, LSS and Postal university electric vehicles normally parked in Lot 47, other areas around General Services Building and Power Plant, and in FPM vehicle storage building and green tent. Include requirements for charging of future FPM Campus Services electric grounds maintenance and snow equipment and tools.

Print Services for office walls

Insulated pipes are leaking in the bulkhead on the west side of this office space. Drywall will need to be removed to access the pipe and then inspect what is causing the leak. Repair leaking pipes, re-insulate pipes, re-install drywall, patch and paint.

Relocate breakroom/conference room. Turn old breakroom into an office.

We would like to have the Engineering Team review the recently installed 1" PRV for code compliance and safety in the mechanical room and develop a detailed plan to correct any deficiencies found that could be either shared with a contractor or in-house staff. An engineering probable cost estimate would be appreciated.
