We recently removed a large printing press that left behind a trench in the floor, that was used for wiring. This trench is 11 feet long by 12" wide x 16" Deep. There is also another hole in the floor that contains a pipe/conduit that leads underground to trench, about 6 feet away and 8" in diameter. We'd like to get estimates for filling in or covering this trench and hole.

I'd like to order a replacement door for the manager's office entering into Room 119. The current door was modified from a project in 2020 and no longer serves the needs of the office. A new door is needed, along with updated hardware to match other doors in Room 117, and include a keyed access lock. If possible, the retractable smoke shield for sound protection should be re used. An on site visit may be best to ensure replacement door can be similar to those in 117.

After an on-site review of our rooms with Wesley Gee, I would like to request having three ADA compliant room signage lenses manufactured. The clear room signage lenses should display the room numbers of 0119, 0122, and 0122A. Please see attached FP&M blueprint with corresponding plat numbers and approximate location of each room sign. Grey 8"x8" frames are already on-site, no additional frames are necessary. This is just for the ADA lenses with raise lettering and accompanying Braille.
