The upholstery on the backs of the chairs in the lobby has become very worn. The new upholstery - fabric or vinyl, needs to be very durable. Material with a variety of color would be nice. There are 24 seat backs that are in need of re-upholstery. I have visited with Rebecca about this project and am okay with the Intern working on this request, as I know how busy everyone is and this is not a rush project. Thank you! Katie B.

Engineering review of the Domestic Water Heater and associated piping in Troxel for Code Compliance and safety.
