AFFECTED ROAD/S: Intersection of Haber Road and Elwood Dr/Pammel Drive

ALTERNATE ROUTE: Stop signs will be deployed at the intersection during the traffic light outages

WHY: Relocate the electrical circuit which supplies the power for the traffic lights

SCHEDULED START: Tursday Sept 28, 2006 9:30am

SCHEDULED COMPLETION: Tursday Sept 28, 2006 3:30 pm
