Solicitation for Input - PROPOSED Utility Outage

AFFECTED BUILDING/S: ASB and LIBRARY STORAGE

WHAT: Domestic Water

WHY: Install/modify a shut-off valve

SCHEDULED START: 8:00 am / Saturday / Aug. 24th

SCHEDULED COMPLETION: 11:00 am / Saturday / Aug. 24th

DEADLINE for comments or requests for rescheduling: 3:00 pm / Friday / Aug. 16th

Our goal is to provide three days notice prior to a shutdown.

Due to maintenance or construction activities, we must schedule a temporary interruption of utility service in or near your building or a building occupied by your department.

Please inform/share information regarding this PROPOSED utility outage with others in your building or department to assure that we have the input of all affected faculty/staff.

Reply to the coordinator (listed above) with any issues or concerns. If this proposed interruption will not work for you, contact the coordinator with suggestions for an alternate date and time.

Contact your building area mechanic for an explanation of how this interruption might affect your specific building.

NOTE: Weather may alter these scheduled dates. We will attempt to keep you informed of major schedule changes.
