THIS WEDNESDAY 6/18/08 the entire Parking Lot 41 (north of General Services Building) will be closed for 2 weeks. Grinding the existing asphalt begins June 18th, prep work and asphalt resurfacing will continue through July 3rd. Access to Lot 41A will not be available either. Other General Staff Lots such as 68 (the gravel lot east of 41) and 57(by the Rec) are available. Parking is also available at the commuter lots by the stadium and the shuttle will be running.
Due to maintenance or construction activities, we must schedule a temporary parking lot closure in the proximity of your building or a building occupied by your department.
Please inform/share information regarding this SCHEDULED parking lot closure with others in your building or department to assure that we have the input of all affected faculty/staff.
Reply to the coordinator (listed above) if any problems arise concerning this scheduled closure.
