HPC / ACI (Wells & Wessels) report plans to run supply fans in AHU's this week as follows: supply fans for north AHU 1 (serves west side of Sci II) expect to shutdown from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm, probably Tuesday or Wednesday 4/12 or 13. South AHU 2 (serves east side of Sci II) expect to run all week. Supply fans that are shut off during the day will be turned back on then no later than 4 PM.
Weather forecast this week calls for high temperatures of 60s F.
HPC reports that supply fans may be shutdown the week of 4/18 during welding work as needed. Today pipe welding started and the AHU supply fans are both running. Attendees agreed to stay in contact if concerns arise.
HPC plans to shutdown supply fans at a future date to remove control vanes and revise electrical connection.
Chilled water has been turned back onto both sets of AHU coils. (post meeting note -- ISU, JCI & HPC are following up with a temperature issue, troubleshooting chilled water control valves, AHU setpoints, etc. )
Final exams, week of 5/2/11 -- Attendees noted that a schedule for finals week exams has been shared. This primarily affects classroom space on east side of first floor. Laboratory classes do not typically have final exams in Science II. HPC agreed to work around the ISU finals exam schedule to keep the supply fans running during exams.
HPC reported various construction activity not directly affecting building occupants: return fans have arrived in Ames.
Feedback from occupants, week of 4/4/11: no concerns received.

>> Attendees agreed that any future HVAC concern from building occupants should be routed to FP&M in care of Janice Berhow <<
