PROPOSED Building Service Interruption

START DATE: Friday, 4/27/2012 12:30 PM
END DATE: Friday, 4/27/2012 5:00 PM

AFFECTED BUILDING/S: Hach Hall

WHAT: General exhaust and chemistry hoods in all labs on the south side of the building

WHY: Modifications are required within the exhaust air stream of Air Handling Unit #4

DEADLINE for comments or requests for rescheduling: Noon on Thursday April 26th

COORDINATOR: Mark Stephenson at msteph@iastate.edu or 290-6028
Due to maintenance or construction activities, we must schedule a temporary interruption of services in your building or in a building occupied by your department.

Please inform/share information regarding this PROPOSED interruption with others in your building or department to assure that we have the input of all affected faculty/staff.

Reply to the coordinator (listed above) with any issues or concerns. If this proposed interruption will not work for you, contact the coordinator with suggestions for an alternate date and time.
