Self-Subscribing Email Lists
These email lists are designed for companies that we collaborate with on construction projects, to keep them informed regarding construction activities on the Iowa State University campus and properties.
The lists are self-subscribing. You can add or remove your email address from any of the lists.
Project Bid Dates
This is a list of upcoming projects and projects scheduled to bid. Projects scheduled to bid include the following information:- where and when to obtain plans
- bid date, time and location
- prebid meeting and tour dates
- cost estimate
- design professional contact information
- ISU Project Manager and Construction Manager contact information
This list is updated when projects are added and when projects are bid.
Project Bid Results
Bid Results are printed on a Bid Tabulation. This form lists all bids received. The Bid Tab is posted when the scheduled bid opening concludes. It is removed when the contract is awarded.
Project Bidder Bulletin
This is a posting of a variety of information that may be valuable to a prospective bidder at ISU. This is updated as information becomes available.
