Welcome to the Postal and Parcel Services webpage
Postal & Parcel Services will be operating regular hours during the semester break (except for scheduled Holidays).We will be
processing outbound mail & parcel items daily. If your building is closed over this time frame, and not receiving regular mail
delivery and pickup service, then outbound items must be taken to 184 General Services Building for processing.
EH&S offices will be closed between the two holidays, so hazardous or regulated shipments will not be processed.
Parcels of this type will not be accepted at Postal & Parcel unless arrangements are made with EH&S prior to the Holiday break.
For incoming parcels from the delivery companies, you must contact the individual carriers directly to arrange for any special
requirements that your department may have.
Full Postal & Parcel route service will be provided to occupied buildings, although delivery/collection times may change to meet
scheduling requirements. Delivery/collection service will be provided for unlocked buildings, provided that the building has a
locking mailbox or mailroom.
