Room Scheduling: Who are We? |

Room Scheduling provides opportunities for faculty and students to come together in a learning situation, student organizations for fellowship, faculty for development and new students and their families for orientation. Our unit is knowledgeable in several areas, but our primary focus is on course placement, special event scheduling and classroom renovations/upgrades.
Our goal is to provide the best teaching and learning environment possible for our faculty and students. To accomplish this, we work closely with academic departments as well as administrative departments such as Information Technology Services (ITS), Department of Public Safety (DPS), Energy Conservation Task Force, Facilities Planning and Management Design and Maintenance Staff.
Not only do we place the courses for the University but we also schedule special events for departments, student organizations and other University sponsored events. Regularly scheduled classes and exams have priority over special event scheduling. We try our best to meet the needs of all of our customers.
