The video projector isn’t working or the overhead projector is
gone.
How do I schedule an ICN classroom for a course?

Contact Continuing Education and Communication
Services at 294-1234 or fill out an
online form.
The blinds in the classroom have disappeared.
If I want a bigger room for my class, whom do I call?
-
Tell your departmental
support person who will then contact Room
Scheduling.
Where is my night / Final Exam?
-
Contact the Departmental Office –
especially for multiple sections;
they have that information.
When is my night / Final Exam?
-
General Information About Final Exams may be found at the
Registrar's
Office web site. This is an important link for faculty as well as students.
How do I get the Ethernet activated in my classroom?
-
Contact
Room Scheduling. Room Scheduling pays for the activation and monthly
fee.
I signed in too many students for my class and now we don’t fit in
the room.
-
Tell your departmental
support person who will then contact Room
Scheduling. Classes over the room capacity
are in violation of fire code and need to be
moved immediately.
My class already started and I want to change the time and
day. How do I do this?
-
Your departmental
support person MUST first email Room
Scheduling regarding room availability and
then notify Student Scheduling. Once the room is secured and
Student Scheduling has approved the
change, a half sheet must be completed and sent to the
Office of the Registrar. The department /instructor is responsible for
informing the students of the new date/time and room location.
If I want to offer my class at a different day and time next
semester or next year, how do I do this?
-
Your departmental
support person must first submit a request to
Room
Scheduling who will
review the request and notify the department
if it has been approved.

missing.

In all cases, users need to bring a laptop into the room.
For a list of classroom with media technology
