The building repair fund is a limited resource that provides emergency repairs to general university facilities. The Maintenance Improvement Committee (MIC) approves the fund use on a case by case situation. FP&M manages the fund and oversees the repairs. The Maintenance Improvement Committee reviews building repair projects estimated over $5000. If approved the project proceeds through design, estimating, and construction phases.
