Participant Registration

To participate in the 2009 Big Ten and Friends Utility Conference, you can register online or use our printable registration form. Printed forms should be sent to the address on the Contact page. The Registration Fee includes all conference materials, Sunday golf, Sunday and Monday dinners, breakfasts, breaks, and lunches on Monday and Tuesday, and breakfast on Wednesday.

After we have received your registration form and payment, we will confirm your registration via e-mail.

Deadline for participant registration is April 20, 2009.

Cancellation

Cancellations prior to April 20, 2009 will receive a full refund of the Registration Fee, minus a $15 cancellation processing fee. There will be no refund for registrations canceled after April 20, 2009.

Continuing Education Units

Iowa State University Extension Services has approved the Big 10 & Friends Utility Conference agenda such that we can offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to participants. Those participants who attend only the conference can obtain 1.1 CEUs. Those participants attending the conference and tours can obtain 1.4 CEUs.

To obtain CEUs, you need to provide some information during the registration process. See the online or printable registration forms for more information. You will receive the CEU certificates 2-4 weeks after the conference.

Vendor Registration

Vendors wishing to participate in the 2009 Big Ten and Friends Utility Conference may register online or with our printable registration form. Printed forms should be sent to the address on the Contact page. Once registered, you will be contacted to select your vendor booth. As always, your participation is encouraged since this conference unites major universities from across the nation.

The $400 fee per vendor reserves your company's booth space in the vendor fair; and covers refreshments, snack breaks and lunches for two company representatives. Although vendors do not participate in our conference sessions, you will have access to the participants during scheduled breaks and the vendor fair. The vendor fair will be situated adjacent to the conference meeting room to allow easy access to all conference attendees.
