Unit Service Area Control Strategies
AHU1  Basement  Thermostat set at 70-degrees all year. Cooling controlled by a duct temperature sensor for 76-degree return air. Heating controlled by thermostat and reheat coils in VAV boxes. Room temperature will naturally fluctuate between 70 degrees and 76 degrees depending on outside air temperature and heat load in the area served. During “off” periods there will be an 80-degree upper limit and a 65-degree lower limit.
AHU3  1st Floor  Thermostat set at 70-degrees all year.
AHU5  2nd Floor  Thermostat set at 70-degrees all year.
AHU6  Rm 116B Computer Lab  Thermostat set at 70-degrees all year.
RAD  Radiators  Radiator flow is started anytime outside temperatures are below 50 degrees
