Unit Service Area Control Strategies
AHU1  Building Ventilation -Old Fan System  Ventilation air, no heating/cooling
AHU2  Brenton Center - Ground and 3rd floor North Call 4-1862 for hours  Thermostat set at 70-degrees all year. Cooling controlled by a duct temperature sensor for 76-degree return air. Heating controlled by thermostat and reheat coils in VAV boxes. Room temperature will naturally fluctuate between 70 degrees and 76 degrees depending on outside air temperature and heat load in the area served. During “off” periods there will be an 83-degree upper limit and a 63-degree lower limit.
AHU3  Auditorium 127 - North  Thermostat set at 70/76 degrees. Heating and cooling controlled by thermostat that modulates dampers in an air mixing box located in each zone. During "off" periods there will be an 83-degree upper limit and a 63-degree lower limit.
AHU4  Auditorium 127 - South  Thermostat set at 70/76 degrees. Heating and cooling controlled by thermostat that modulates dampers in an air mixing box located in each zone. During "off" periods there will be an 83-degree upper limit and a 63-degree lower limit.
AHU5  1st, 2nd, 3rd Floor - South  Thermostat set at 70-degrees all year.
RAD  Radiators, Outdoor air temperature and 4 zones in rooms 19, 111C, 206, 317, will open heating valves  Radiator flow is started any time outside temperatures are below 50 degrees
