Unit Service Area Control Strategies
AHU4  Basement: Computer Labs and Offices  Thermostat set at 73-degrees all year. Room temperature will naturally fluctuate between 70 degrees and 76 degrees depending on outside air temperature and heat load in the area served.
AHU2  Classrooms: 1st Floor North, 2nd Floor North and Southeast, 3rd Floor Southeast and Northeast   Thermostat set at 73-degrees all year. Room temperature will naturally fluctuate between 70 degrees and 76 degrees depending on outside air temperature and heat load in the area served. During “off” periods there will be an 83-degree upper limit and a 63-degree lower limit.
