2/20/2025 422562 GENERAL AGRO GH Agronomy Greenhouse had a broken water pipe break that was identified around 2AM from my stand alone sensors (without alarms) that show that the loss of heating water from the system occurred before 8:30 PM, and possibly much earlier than that. No Metasys alarms ever went off for low temperatures or heating water loss, even up to the point that there were no Agronomy Greenhouse alarms when the technician arrived to the greenhouse Please investigate the Metasys alarm failure that may have compromised experiments in the facility.
