8/15/2024 383152 ALUMCTR We would like 9 barricades brought to the Alumni Center for football season like we do every year. Same with the snow fencing up on the north and south hillside to keep people from walking through the native grasses. 6 barricades can be dropped off on the west side at the cutout along Beach Ave and I will place from there. 10/3/2024 396080 ALUMCTR Todd Wilson pointed this out and I talked with Brady Streit about more substantial leaf and debris guards over our west side drainage system. Right now they just have a thin wire mesh to keep leaves out. If there is a more durable material we could use I would be supportive of that. Todd Wilson has talked to Brady about this so if he can be notified of this it would be much appreciated. Thanks! Michael Kepler Assigned
1/17/2025 416184 1105 ALUMCTR A small section of drywall needs to be replaced, mudded and painted. Its very small, down by the floor, probably a 4" x 4" section that was taken out years ago to monitor water leaks around the adjacent windows. We haven't had water leaks for years so we would like to repair the drywall and also reattach the baseboard. It is located right outside of office #1105D down at the floor. 1/21/2025 416373 1099 ALUMCTR Just inside the dock entrance there are two cabinet heaters- CUH1A and CUH1B. We have had problems in the past of a bad smell when CUH1B is used so that one has been shut off but now CUH1A is not running either. I would like to test them and see what the problem is and replace if necessary. Please call Mike Kepler at 540-682-3359 to make sure its a good time to work on this unit as the building may have events going on that would prohibit us from working on this unit. 3/27/2025 430457 2150A ALUMCTR I have two electrical requests. I spoke with Tim Kelly and he recommend I get a hold of Collin Dodge to check on a emergency lighting ballast located in 2150A Catering Kitchen that isn't working correctly. It was beeping today and when I pressed the light it seemed to reset and beeping stopped but light went out. I think the old Bodine ballast is bad. I would like to replace with newer technology. Also the sensor for the lights in 2105 Office Suite is not functioning correctly. The lights haven't gone off for a couple weeks now and that sensor was replaced last year.
