The vent in 517A has been partially taken apart and hasn't been reassembled and the west vent in 514 is currently broken/bent and can't be used. There are vents in 501A, 505, South 511, South 512, and South & West vents in 514 that haven't been addressed. |

201C - I had an earlier request to fix and paint walls in 201C Bessey, along with moving a whiteboard into that room. The walls were painted and the whiteboard was moved. However, there is some damage that needs to be fixed/painted in 201C, and some work has been left unfinished for quite some time. There's a phone/data box hanging, wall moulding has been removed from the wall and set aside, etc.
We are also still waiting for doors to be hung in Bessey 201C - that request was put in on September 12, 2023, around the same time as the initial requests mentioned above - almost 6 months ago. That area is a community workspace for our graduate students, and we have furniture arriving for that space. If that room could be finished up as soon as possible, we would greatly appreciate it. Please give to Jeff Lamb. A rack and pinion gear set for the south vent in 513 malfunctioned and broke this window pane when I was away on vacation. So, in addition to the glass being broken, there is also an aluminum rack arm that snapped and the pinion gear that the rack arm rides on has shifted over and probably should be replaced as well. The vent is currently shut off and inoperable. Glass repair on 382507.

There is a backflow on the west heat system that is leaking. The backflow hasn't been tested since it was installed in 2021 (see picture). The pressure regulator on this system is also not working properly and the system is occasionally over-pressurizing causing water to leak from a relief valve. |

A pane of glass chipped in 501 on the vent near the vent motor and another broke in 507 over the weekend. There are also still several panes that need to be addressed from last year. Here is a list-
501: 1 triangular piece still needs replaced (already had asbestos compound removed and is temporarily patched) and another pane on the east vent needs replaced
507: 1 broken pane
513: The pane that was replaced on the south vent has sliped down, I don't think reflections used a sealant when they replaced it last year.
518: One pane has come loose and needs to be resealed, another pane that was installed by reflections last year is too short and needs removed and replaced |

There is a vent support on the south vent in room 512 that has broken and the vent is no longer operational. The vent in 517A is also not complete, hasn't been fixed and is also not operational and has been that way for some time. The east vent in 515 and the west vent in 518 have both shifted a couple inches and the rack arms are at an angle and the vents won't close properly. The vent support on the shifted vent in 518 is tweaked pretty bad as well and looks like it may break at any time as well. |

There are a few leaks on the heating systems for the greenhouse. There is a leak in 505, 506, 514 (2 places), 516, 517. This is a reapplication of a work order that was turned in last fall but had to get closed out because it got too cold to shut down the heat systems. It is now warm enough that we can safely shut down the systems to repair these leaks. The original work order # was 385444. The west heat system backflow is also still leaking and can be fixed when these are shut down for repairs, that is on another work order (417823).
