This space has been a problem since I can remember. There should be a pneumatic thermostat controlling the radiant heat / reheat. There is no such stat to be found. Return air temperature sensor has been moved from pipe chase/air plenum in basement to behind the return air grille in the gym for better accuracy. Sensor is accurate but is now probably too close to the supply air duct. Does there need to be an offset programming into the return air sensor? Does PID loop need to be adjusted?
