1/24/2025 416735 0208 CARVER It was 61 degrees in the office at 8 am, with 3 space heaters going on maximum it is 63 now. This is a REPEATED request that gets better for a few days to a week and then, we are back to running 2-3 space heaters 8+ hours a day. The constant hum of the space heaters is bad for our virtual work meetings too. I trying my best to be polite, but is this "building policy" to be this cold? Corey Welch Assigned

4/25/2025 436116 M0090 CARVER The plastic housing (part of the whole cap) that holds the screw for the chain of the chemical fill tank on the side of the autoscrubber was broken off. There looked like some fix had been made with super glue and there was no work order tag on it so im not sure if you have looked at it but the fix has failed. The autoacrubber will still work fine without the chain being connected to the cap but we wanted to bring all defects to your attention. This was fine on Monday when I used it and on Wednesday when my other night shift team member used it it was broken. So i assume it happened on Tuesday or during the morning shift Wednesday.
