4/29/2025	436934	GENERAL CLB HSE	Golf Clubhouse - Basement Women's Restroom G0010 West toilet is leaking at the wall and is in need of repair. The toilet is a tank type fixture with no access to the chase plumbing. (Team 1 Area Mechanics was issued work order 435817 which includes both sink fixture repairs and toilet repairs. Team 1 will fix the sink faucets, but a plumber will need to fix the toilets.)	Michael Fields	Assigned
5/12/2025	441898	CLB HSE	We received two intrusion alarms from Veenker Clubhouse at 8:56 PM, Front Door North, and South Zone Intrusion. The building was secure and no cause for alarms found. A staff member reset the alarms at 9:18 PM and both alarms came in on Metasys as "alarm" status and not "normal" status, which would be typical of a reset alarm. The "normal" alarms on the system are possibly mislabeled in the Metasys system.	Tammy Barker	Assigned
