There is a burning smell as well - although unsure if someone in the building burnt food or if its coming from the radiator itself. More of a burnt food smell than a burning metal/drywall smell. But the front dry-wall is warm, & top "counter" and metal grate/vent is very hot to the touch. You almost can't leave your hand on it for more than a few seconds.
