4/22/2025 435778 MACKAY The request is for a light to be installed in the stairwell near 38 MacKay for safety reasons - JPG Wi install the WL4 40L EZ1 LP840 light fixture, Central Stores Part Number 2000365, and surface mount it to the ceiling of the stairwell. We will need to run surface mount wire mold up to the ceiling and connect it to the existing electrical circuit serving the lights in the stairwell.
