There is no heat at Office and Lab. Please look into this.
Office & Lab’s heating is not functioning, and the temperatures have consistently been in the low to mid-60s. This issue was initially reported two weeks ago, and we were assured it would be resolved by last week. Unfortunately, the situation remains unchanged. With winter temperatures dropping, this has become a critical concern for maintaining a comfortable and productive work environment. |

Occupants of office area state: The air conditioner is not cooling at all. The air coming from it is barely cool, at best. We tried the auto setting and heard the compressor kick on but, after a while, it is not getting cooler. The remote is indicating that it is 79 degrees in here.
Additional location information: 3rd floor, need a staff with id access to gain access to 2nd floor.
