Seed Science has two rooms that were designed as "dividing rooms". For some reason room 113 was designed to have much better air movement up through the ductwork than room 115 has. Darren Huntley did everything he could think of to increase the air movement in room 115. He said something about the ductwork being different. I don't know if this should have been a project or just further repairs, but in any case the end goal is more air movement to protect worker health and to allow a computer to be put in this room. |

We need someone to use a forklift to move 18 pallets of sand, stacked in pairs of two, from the ground to the East dock in the germination lab, and one to the West dock. The sand will be delivered in the morning either on Tuesday 3-6 or Wednesday 3-7. We will know by the end of Monday which one is correct and can communicate it then. We also need the forklift to help us move a 1 ton tub of soil from one dock to another, which could be done at the same time. I'll submit a separate request for this. |

I tried replacing the T8 fluorescent lamps in the NE light fixture but one of the the ballasts apparently needs to be replaced. The existing ballast is a Triad B232IUNVHP-B that slides into tabs on the sheet metal frame. The fixture has new bulbs but I also have a few spare T8 bulbs here if needed for testing.

We need an assessment and design plan for our current break room (Rm 158). Items from our Purity lab (Rm 105), like coffee machine and refrigerator need to be moved to the break room space and we need some assistance deciding the most efficient way to reorganize the break room to accommodate these items. The break room will possibly need a few more cabinets with countertop that can be locked and a better way to organize our microwaves. We may need different appliances also. The scope of this project would include both rooms 105 and 158 as we may need to make changes in both areas. |
