10/6/2025 479018 0132 STD SER Commercial size dehumidifier has small wet spot under it. This happened once before but I assumed someone had stepped on the hose and dislodged it and replaced it quickly, or they had taken the hose from the sink in order to use more space, but after today there may be a leak in the machine. It's not enough water to suck up with an extractor and this room always has a floor fan on because of a cracked foundation so the patch dries up pretty quickly. It's been continuously running for a while if that helps at all. I never hear drips or notice active spills but I don't move it around at all and it's continuously draining. Maybe the way the hose is coiled makes it hard to drain? Kathleen Embrey Assigned
10/14/2025 479755 2010 STD SER The student wellness department recently moved into this newly renovated space. We would like some help hanging/mounting 1. Hang TV on North Wall in the main 2010 Hallway right as you walk in. Above the table that's there. We noticed there is no outlet near so it might not be possible but didn't know if there was a way. 2. Large campanile canvas we want hung on North wall in the reception area (2010J). This does have an outlet by it so if the TV can't go in the hallway we would swap the location of these 2 items. 3. Large swan painting hung on northwest pillar wall by reception 4. Large canvas on the Knoll building hung on East wall in hallway between conference room doors. (2010B) 5. Medium tree canvas hung on hallway wall between conference room and 2010C (east wall) another hung on hallway wall between 2010C and 2010D office (east wall) and the third hung on hallway wall between 2010G and 2010F office (west wall) 6.Large TV hung on south wall in 2010B conference room 7. 2010F office hang the large whiteboard on the South wall 8. 2010G office hang lighthouse picture on East wall , hang whiteboard on South wall, Move coat hanger wall mount from current position to East wall north facing, and hang the 3 tile blue pictures in a row on the North wall above the desk. 9. We bought wall mount mail organizers to hang on the wood panel outside of offices: 2010A, 2010C, 2010D, 2010EA, 2010EB, 2010G, 2010F 10. We have shelves currently hanging on the north wall of the 2010B conference room. If we could remove those and hang them in 2010BA on south wall above mini cubes. 11. Hang wire racks on East wall in office 2073 (already purchased and in its packaging) I've hung sticky notes on the walls where everything is to be hung, and the prints/tv's/whiteboards are all leaning directly against the walls we want them to go to try and make it easier. 10/29/2025 481272 STD SER We would like maintenance to inspect all the windows on the third floor to determine if anything can be done to make them easier to open, close, and lock. Last week, maintenance looked at the windows on the south side of the building and recommended submitting a request for the remaining windows, as we’ve had several reported issues. Many of our offices are clinical spaces and cannot be entered while a clinician and student are in session, so please contact either myself or Kristen to coordinate the best days and times to access our offices. 11/25/2025 486944 2010BA STD SER There is a hissing noise coming from a pipe on the ground that runs to one of the radiators in this space. There is condensation also on the pipe connection where it rests on the carpet. A staff member thinks that the pipe may be leaking This is the same pipe that we had to have looked at for a leak a few months ago. 1/23/2026 498207 0134 STD SER hello this is heather schaefer at the student services building and i am calling because somebody reported a leak where the metal meets the toilet like on the ground floor restroom it's the ladies restroom looks like the room number is 0134 and there are two stalls there's a small first stall and a big second stall it's in the small first stall and it's just where that metal on the back of the toilet meets the toilet it's leaking a little bit like there's a seal that's failing so i didn't call emergency it didn't seem like emergency i think we're good enough you can always call me if you have any questions my number is 41029 thanks Heather Shafer Closed

1/28/2026 499033 STD SER As part of our critical incident response preparation planning we need to have some of our door locks changed. We want the kind of door lock that can be locked from inside the office. Some of the doors have the style of lock you have to open the door and flip a piece of metal on the side of the door to lock it. This would create a safety issue if we were trying to lock down to protect ourselves.
