In Zaff 006 on the south wall, there are 3 hazards 2. There is a padlock (LOTO) on the shut off switch without a tag. It needs a tag.
3. There is a knockout plug missing on the side of the switch box with the padlock.

Please verify that the ceiling hung Unit Heaters have electrical power to the fan motors. It appears that 2 out of the 4 units do not have power to the motors. Units 3 and 5 are running...
