Current Projects in Alumni Center

In the spring I would like to take a look at all of our downspouts coming off the roof of the boardroom and ballroom on the west side of the building. When I was cleaning them out this fall I noticed some joints where the caulking is wearing out or in some places completely gone and this might be contributing to some leaking we've had inside the building when we get hard rain. At least one drain is missing some metal flashing to direct the water away from the building that I would like to repair/replace as well. **This can be on hold until Spring. I just wanted to get a project opened so we can get on it first thing after winter.** Thanks!
