Our Department Chair would like new tile in Room 4, new cupboards, countertop and ice maker moved to under countertop by sink. If possible we would like this work done over Christmas Break. I'm not sure what funds we will use Will the Armory building fund cover any expense? If not we plan to use a foundation account and ask LAS for some funding. Thank you! We would like our office painted. Can someone please come and look at our office and bring some paint color ideas. Added Scope: They would like to add to the scope by re-lamping their fixtures, replace the ceiling tiles, cleaning their carpet and if possible, installing a dimmer switch in office 0031A. The painting has also expanded beyond 0027 and now includes 0029, 0031, 0031A, and 0033. Thanks!

I am inquiring as two staff members in our Parking office would like to switch to a stand-up desk set up.

We would like to get a cost estimate to add some overhead power drops in Armory rooms 0089, 0090, 0070. We would also like to see an estimate for modernizing the lighting in rooms 0072, 0078, 0079, 0083, 0086, 0087, 0088, 0089, 0090 with LED lighting fixtures.

We want to purchase a conference table. The table needs to be 120 in in length. Any shape, design, color, or material will work. I have researched some tables and have a couple in mind, but I was directed to you before I purchased. We need this table installed, ready to go, and paid for by June 30th. We need some new carpet/carpet runners installed in the PD men's locker room area. We would prefer a large rug/runners that would be easy to take out and clean and be very durable. 10/13/21 Change in Scope: Adding new lockers and benches to the space. Carpet runners are not really part of the project any more.
