Replace FCU

Dear FPM Work Info Center, I hope you’re doing well. We are planning to install weightlifting equipment in Room 101 of the Armory ( on Osborn Dr, Ames, Ia 50014) and urgently need to ensure that the infrastructure can safely support the load. Given our tight project timeline, we request your prompt attention to confirm the following: • The maximum distributed weight capacity of the floor. • The impact limit for weights being dropped. No individual weight being lifted will exceed 500 lbs, but we want to verify that both static and dynamic loads will be within safe limits. Please let us know if an immediate assessment is possible or if additional steps should be taken prior to installation. Investigate issues and repair/replace steam traps at the Armory. They are causing multiple areas to have steam blow by and also are causing issues with pumps in the building.
