We need an ESTIMATE on how much it would cost to remove 3 short walls in this room.

Add wall in 226, add conference table with power, chairs, whiteboard, lights, ceiling tile, carpet, and paint

We would like to have the Engineering Team review the recently installed Water Heater for Code Compliance in the mechanical room and develop a detailed plan to correct any deficiencies found that could be shared with either a contractor or in-house staff. An engineering probable cost estimate would be appreciated.
