Current Projects in Atanasoff Hall

This project includes, but is not limited to, renovating hallways, stairwells, and restrooms by performing abatement of asbestos wall tile and ceiling fireproofing, new plaster walls, new ceiling grids, and new lighting.

We would like to have the Engineering Team review the recently installed Water Heater for Code Compliance in the mechanical room and develop a detailed plan to correct any deficiencies found that could be shared with either a contractor or in-house staff. An engineering probable cost estimate would be appreciated.
