Current Projects in Beardshear Hall

The project includes, but is not limited to, full tear off of the existing roof and replacement with a new fully adhered EPDM. Abatement will be completed as necessary. Roof insulation and the appropriate roof safety systems and equipment will be installed according to current university standards. All masonry walls and features directly affecting the roof and exterior will be tuckpointed to maintain a water-tight seal.

EO Office will be relocating from Beardshear 3410 to Beardshear 2680. Will need to relocate and/or reconfigure furniture for several areas within suites 2680 & 2750. Will likely need some new furniture. May need to be phased in over time due to budget. Mary Sirna PG102132

This project will remove the graphics on the east wall of 3350A, patch and paint the east and south walls of 3350A and the south wall of 3350, as well as install access control into the 3350 suite.
