The project includes, but is not limited to, abatement of existing roofing and replacement with a fully adhered EPDM. Roof insulation and the appropriate roof safety systems and equipment will be installed to meet current university standards. All masonry walls and features directly affecting the roof and exterior will be tuckpointed to maintain a water-tight seal.
