The office is about 124 sq. ft. and has existing carpet, some of which is unattached/not glued down (see attached). We would like to have the Engineering Team review the recently installed Water Heater for code compliance in the mechanical room and develop a detailed plan to correct any deficiencies found that could be shared with either a contractor or in-house staff.
