Rec Services and Student Wellness would like to upgrade Beyer Hall room 1310. We would like a cost estimate on the following items: Painting the room, remove / replace carpet with carpet tiles, remove/replace floor tile with new floor tile, replace the seating (stadium seating), remove/replace ceiling tiles and lighting. I would like to meet in person at 1310 to discuss the scope when it is assigned to one of your staff. For funding I need to know what your charges would be to perform this cost estimate.

RCU-02 serving UVU-11 room #2308. RCU-02 & 09 are old R-22 refrigeration condensing units installed circa early to mid 1990s. I would like both condensing units replaced before compressors completely fail or there's a large refrigerant leak. These units are very likely nearing the end of their life. Replace with at least a 410A unit. (split off of project PR1195884 - BEYER-3430-316167-AHU 5 Replacement)
