Beyer Hall-Swimming Pool-Electrical Repairs

Description:
This project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of conduits, electrical panels, and components that service Beyer Hall and Theilen Student Health Center. The first phase will involve rebuilding conduits and rerouting them in mechanical rooms away from the chlorine gas with PVC/EMT conduit and replacing the M2 panel. Phase 2 will entail replacing conduits that cannot be redirected and will stay in regions affected by chlorine gas with a PVC/RMC conduit and replacing the panel that serves Thielen Student Health Center. Additional work not connected to either phase will replace electrical panels LH and DP-2.
Beyer Hall-Swimming Pool Repairs-Phase 2

Description:
This project includes, but is not limited to, repairs to the existing Beyer Hall swimming pool equipment. Work includes capping the surge tank to prevent chloramine gas from entering the equipment room, and the replacement of the above-ground pool piping, circulation and drain pumps, and the sand filtration system.

This project will remodel rooms 2304 and 2304A. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removing two existing walls; constructing a new wall; adding two office spaces with sliding glass doors; replacing carpet, ceiling tiles, paint, ductwork, light fixtures, and new communication rough-in.
Beyer Hall-Rooms 1306, 1308 and 1310 Chilled Water

This project will remove existing condensing units and evaporator coils in UVU-10 and AHU-13, along with associated piping. These components will be replaced with chilled water coils. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of condensing units, refrigerant piping, and evaporator coils; installation of new chilled water piping and coils, controls, and electrical.
