Current Projects in Beyer Hall

Rec Services would like to investigate the possibility and cost to provide chilled water AC to Beyer Hall Food Pantry (SHOP) rooms 1306, 1308 and meeting room 1310.

Conference Room 2302 Furniture Project - This is split off from PR1253086

Rec Services needs to create office space in 2304, 2304a,2304b,2304c and 2302. This would include removing a closet that in not structural, designing two new offices in 2304 (glass walls), new office furniture, new conference room tables and chairs. Rec Service would like to meet and discuss our options so we are on the same page.

At Beyer Hall room 2308 has one office with glass walls. We need to add a second office with matching glass walls/door. Our preference would be directly south of office 2308A. If that is not possible then directly west of 2308A. Heating and cooling would need to be provided to this space from existing sources.

There are concrete support beams in room 2420 and we would like to use those to mount TRX straps for our fitness classes. There would be 6 straps, each strap supports a persons body weight (200Lbs). Can we attach a bar or other device to this beam for that purpose?
