We are considering moving Todd Kingston into 1091 Black but he needs a fume hood. How much would it be to put a fume hood in 1091 Black?

Install aluminum glass doors like the ones we have been installing previously in 1076 Black. This room has an aluminum glass door already but we would like the double doors to the hallway to be aluminum and glass as well. Thank you!

purchase and install fume hood in 1095. Remove all existing exhaust hoods and replace with one fume hood. Adjust HVAC so the lab remains BSL2

The interior door is missing between rooms 1118 Black and 1091 Black. We have looked all over for it thinking it may have been stashed away in a closet or maintenance space but can not find this door anywhere. We would like a solid windowless metal door installed.

The terrazzo flooring is damaged along the expansion joint in this hallway. Please repair the terrazzo floor. Black engineering filled the expansion joint with epoxy and this will need to be removed prior to repairs.

EHS has indicated multiple research labs on the first floor of Black require safety showers. 1116, 1095 and 1103

New carpet in all the offices and conference rooms on the third floor like what we have been installing on the second floor. When all the IMSE folks move out when their new building is done replace all the carpet on the third floor with the new carpet we are having installed on second.

Outside of RM C3001 in the stairwell, there is water comin down the wall, possibly from the window. The glass block is leaking and will need to be repaired/replaced.

New carpet squares installed over raised floors in computer lab 1012 and a classroom 95E in Black. We prefer square tiles that can be carpet taped at the corners so we can still access the wiring underneath. Like the carpet in 1020 Black. There is a lot of foot traffic and rolling chairs so something that wears well.

Building wide HVAC study. We have been talking about this with Mike McCoy and Scott Jasper for some time and now we are ready to proceed in concurrence with the building plan for possible donor funded projects conducted by Sarah Lawrence and her team. It will be important to consider immediate needs while also thinking about possible future changes to the building.

My department chair has asked me to get an estimate for replacing the sinks and cabinets in three labs (1098, 1092, 1076) with new fixtures and putting a new sink and eye wash station in one lab (1070). I also need an estimate for removing the tile flooring in 1076 and 1070 and resealing the concrete floors. Thanks
