We are considering moving Todd Kingston into 1091 Black but he needs a fume hood. How much would it be to put a fume hood in 1091 Black?

remove floor tile, polish and seal concrete floor. We need to push all computers and desks to half the room and remove the tiles then push the computers and tables to the other half and finish removing tiles.

Please remove the floor tiles from the other half of 1091 Black. Buff and seal the concrete floor. All equipment has been removed.

purchase and install fume hood in 1095. Remove all existing exhaust hoods and replace with one fume hood. Adjust HVAC so the lab remains BSL2

I am interested in potentially getting new furniture for my office, Black Engineering 2016. One of my colleagues (Todd Kingston, Black Engineering 2036) recently worked with FP&M to get new furniture in his office, and I may be interested in simply duplicating the furniture selection that he made, depending on price and similar options.

I would like to setup my office space with proper furniture and designs. It will be helpful if someone stop by my office to discuss and share their ideas for that. Thanks!

Multiple leaks in Hallway C0089, needs to be repaired.

EHS has indicated multiple research labs on the first floor of Black require safety showers. 1116, 1095 and 1103

New carpet in all the offices and conference rooms on the third floor like what we have been installing on the second floor. When all the IMSE folks move out when their new building is done replace all the carpet on the third floor with the new carpet we are having installed on second.

Outside of RM C3001 in the stairwell, there is water comin down the wall, possibly from the window. The glass block is leaking and will need to be repaired/replaced.

New carpet squares installed over raised floors in computer lab 1012 and a classroom 95E in Black. We prefer square tiles that can be carpet taped at the corners so we can still access the wiring underneath. Like the carpet in 1020 Black. There is a lot of foot traffic and rolling chairs so something that wears well.

Building wide HVAC study. We have been talking about this with Mike McCoy and Scott Jasper for some time and now we are ready to proceed in concurrence with the building plan for possible donor funded projects conducted by Sarah Lawrence and her team. It will be important to consider immediate needs while also thinking about possible future changes to the building.
