Current Projects in Carver Hall

This project includes, but is not limited to, remodeling the current space including new finishes, lighting, and testing tables.

AHU 6 Chilled Water Coil needs to be replaced. It has been repaired multiple times and these repairs have failed.

Provide construction estimate to construct a gender-neutral restroom in Carver Hall.

Outside wall is leaking in, needs wall repair on inside from water damage and sealed outside.

This project will provide updates to suites 0210 and 0218 in Carver Hall. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, upgrades to electrical systems, architectural, and furniture. Upgrades will also include new lighting, AV equipment, a conferencing space, private study abroad consultation rooms, and a collaborative space for students.
