We need caulking to be replaced hold keep weather conditions out and keep the butterfly is as part of our USDA containment rules. We have a quote and would like to have all work done before April 30th before Architectural Wall Systems increases their labor rates for the year. Description:
The 4 boilers that heat the conservatory complex are at end of life. We need to replace these units. I was working with ACI to get a quote, they gave me a ballpark of $150k with Lochinvar units then ran in to some engineering issues and said they didn't have capacity to help with engineering items to be able to give us a quote. We need engineering help (Brian Grove?) so we can get quotes and move this project and the replacement of the boilers forward.

Description:
Cedar Roof on the Reiman Garden Conservatory Complex has come to end of life. We can not afford to replace with Cedar. We looked at metal we can not afford metal roof. We would like to change the roof to asphalt just like we recently did on Mahlstede. Attached are 3 quotes, we would like to move forward with Titan's quotes for the two spaces.
