Mark Wyant has identified an issue with only one egress path from the south office corridor (door openings CC204, CC252, CC304 and CC352) that may impede the egress of mobility impaired individuals. We would like to have this situation reviewed. There may be potential conflicts with door swing, office door locations and fire ratings etc. Whatever solution is identified it should be reviewed with Troy Carey of EHS and may also require approval with the State Fire Marshal. Troy should be able to assist with that determination.

Add a new IT “pod” that needs dedicated cooling. Data center staff has designed a new pod layout to support high end research equipment. The pod will need a dedicated cooling system to manage the heat load created by the equipment. We need to install ACRC301S in row coolers that will connect back to the CDU. The CDU will need to be connected into the chilled water loops that support the data center. The CDU will connect to the in row with PEX pipe. Equipment has not been purchased yet as we need to confirm with the chilled water techs that we can install this system as we have designed. We would like to have a desk purchased for this room. It is for a new faculty member. We will want to meet with the person when they measure the space. Thank you/

We need the carpet replaced in this room ASAP. We simply want the same carpet that is most readily available that ISU approves of.

We would like to purchase a desk for a new faculty member as soon as possible. I understand you may need to measure the area, so let me know. We want a height adjustable desk and matching file cabinet for sure. We would also like 2 side chairs and perhaps a small round table.

Install surface mount AED cabinet with Metasys DPS monitoring near the 3rd floor elevator.

We would like to have the Engineering Team review the recent installation of the Heat Exchanger for code compliance and safety in the mechanical room and develop a detailed plan to correct any deficiencies found that could be shared with a contractor or in-house staff. An engineering probable cost estimate would be appreciated.
