We would like to have this room made so it can be used as a lab

Add a new IT “pod” that needs dedicated cooling. Data center staff has designed a new pod layout to support high end research equipment. The pod will need a dedicated cooling system to manage the heat load created by the equipment. We need to install ACRC301S in row coolers that will connect back to the CDU. The CDU will need to be connected into the chilled water loops that support the data center. The CDU will connect to the in row with PEX pipe. Equipment has not been purchased yet as we need to confirm with the chilled water techs that we can install this system as we have designed. Please work with Brandi Latterell/Suzanne Fisher to develop a quick, high-level cost estimate for the south half of the 1st floor of Durham. We will need a full design team to provide estimates for paint, carpet, lighting, construction of walls to create a few offices (also mechanical), relocation of existing and/or new furniture.

We would like to remodel this office to accommodate the staff in 123, 226, 226A, 226AA, and 227 from Atanasoff. Please provide us with drawings to look at. Thank you! PG101473

We would like to have the Engineering Team review the recent installation of the Heat Exchanger for code compliance and safety in the mechanical room and develop a detailed plan to correct any deficiencies found that could be shared with a contractor or in-house staff. An engineering probable cost estimate would be appreciated.

COM S will have their front door moving from Atanasoff to Durham. We toured the space on 5/30 with Carrie and Eric. The department chair is compiling a spreadsheet for a people move. They are requesting 2 project estimates. One for an initial move and another with more complex update and/or renovations. This impacts first floor south and 2 rooms in the lower level.
