Current Projects in Gerdin Business Building

This project will replace existing granite pavers and landscaping with new concrete, brick pavers, and landscaping. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: demolition of existing granite pavers; pouring new stamped concrete; installing brick pavers; and landscaping.

This project will remodel Rooms 2221 and 2222 by replacing existing workstations with new updated furniture, including new wall panels, height-adjustable desks, mobile pedestals, tower storage units, and a new meeting table. Also included is installing new electrical whips and data jacks to each cubicle, and patching and painting the walls.
