Modifications to both the 3rd floor lab (minimal, if any) and the basement lab regarding equipment that needs to be relocated from one floor to another at Hach Hall. The basement lab room 0204 spare electrical circuit availability in panels R2BF and R2BF (sec2) is very limited (8 open circuits total) for future use.

HIGH PRIORITY As part of an ongoing negotiation with a senior hire candidate, the Chemistry Department would like a rapid ballpark estimate for renovations to lab 0214 Hach.
