This started with FPM Building Maintenance and transferred to FDC Projects per Justin Abbott. Original Work Order #252000 Window doesn't latch. Drywall is damaged from window being open when it snowed. Per Justin Abbott: Water is coming in through the walls. Outside needs to be graded away from the building. 10/17/2023 - FPM Shops will be handling the service request for outside grading work.
